Returns + Exchanges
We guarantee the quality and individual nature of all our fair trade products. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days by contacting customer service. Please contact us at email@example.com before sending any product back.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must, also, be in the original packaging.
- Several items are exempt from return: Any Custom Made Products; Perishable goods, such as food, soap, bath and beauty products; Gift cards; Sale items; and International Shipments.
- You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to two weeks to receive and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product, plus sales tax.
- If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size or we may only have one of an item. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that exchanges for the same item will be identical to the original item or that an item will be available to exchange. Merchandise exchanges with be handled as a return and re-order of the same/similar item of the identical price. Please allow up to two weeks to receive and process your request. New shipping charges will apply.
