Each hand-braided rug is a truly unique and functional work of art made from recycled fabrics. Handmade in Haiti these rugs single handedly prevent used clothing and textiles from ending up in the landfill and then negatively impacting the environment. They truly are beautiful. In addition, the Makers that create each piece by hand are women who are working to take care of their families .In the process, they are wonderful role models for their children and their futures.
